A limited number of same-day reservations are still available.
If you’re interested, we recommend making your booking as soon as possible.
For guests with existing reservations, please check in at the dedicated reception desk in the Shinminato Kittokito Market between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.Look for the “昼セリ” banner as a landmark.

【昼セリ見学の内容変更について】
尚、現在、昼セリ見学の内容が変更になっております。
従来、床にカニを置いて、競りを実施しておりましたが、より新鮮・安全なカニをお客様にお届けするため、今年から暑さ対策、衛生面の関係でスノコの上もしくはタンク（箱）に入れての競りの実施へ試験的に変更させていただいております。
そのため、従来の赤いじゅうたんの光景は見ることができなくなっております。
なお、昼セリのセリ人と買い手の真剣なやりとりは、従来と変わりませんので、昼セリ見学をお愉しみいただけます。

【Notice: Changes to the Noon Crab Auction Viewing Experience】
We’ve made some updates to the way our popular noon crab auctions are conducted, with your safety and enjoyment in mind.
In previous years, crabs were displayed directly on the iconic red carpet during the auction.
Starting this year, however, we’ve introduced a new setup: crabs are now placed on slatted platforms or inside tanks (boxes).
This change is part of a trial initiative to improve freshness, hygiene, and heat protection, ensuring the highest quality seafood for everyone.
While the traditional red carpet scene is no longer part of the experience, the dynamic and spirited exchanges between auctioneers and buyers remain unchanged.
You’ll still witness the authentic energy and precision of a real crab auction—an unforgettable glimpse into Japan’s seafood culture.
